On Saturday 29th August 2020 the Coronavirus Act 2020 has been extended through to 31st March 2021. Which means that if agents/landlords wish to issue notices for possession they must allow 6 months before gaining possession. On 25th March 2020 the Govenrment passed the Coronavirus Act providing additional powers during the coronavirus outbreak.
