New Notice Period on Rented Properties

On Saturday 29th August 2020 the Coronavirus Act 2020 has been extended through to 31st March 2021.  Which means that if agents/landlords wish to issue notices for possession they must allow 6 months before gaining possession. Changes to Eviction Laws

On 25th March 2020 the Govenrment passed the Coronavirus Act providing additional powers during the coronavirus outbreak.  One of these new measures included the suspension of new evictions from private rented accommodation while the national crisis is taking place.
