If you smell gas or think there is a Gas leak in the property you should always call National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 or via textphone (minicom) on 0800 371 787.
If you have a power cut, you can contact the National Power Cut Helpline by calling 105 for up to date information on any power cuts in your area.
If there is a water leak please turn off your water supply by the stop valve which is usually located outside the property or you may have located it inside.
