It is a very difficult and frustrating time at the moment especially as the property market has pretty much ground to a halt. As of 26 March, Government issued advice specifically for those involved in residential property transactions. The advice states that there is no need for anyone to pull out of any transactions however measures to limit the spread must take precedence.
